HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28661 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not initiating action against the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 28.05.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, crime is registered by which the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
