THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28757 of 2018 ORDER:

A perusal of the contents of the writ affidavit discloses that the petitioner is seeking to protect the property of his brother, who is said to be residing abroad. Therefore, this Court points out that the petitioner has to seek leave of this Court to file an affidavit on behalf of his brother and follow due procedure. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty in terms of the prayer made. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 14th AUGUST, 2018.
