Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to take appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance.

Writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is needless to mention that if the appellant takes any remedy, the concerned Court/forum shall decide the same on merits in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order. All contentions on merits of the case are kept open. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
