HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.3398, 3399 AND 3400 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The only submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in each of these Criminal Petitions, filed under Section 482of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Code'), is to give a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court - cum - District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, to dispose of Criminal M.P. Nos.270 of 2017, 1203 of 2015 and191 of 2016, respectively, in M.C. No.41 of 2006.

2. Sri T. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that respondent No.1, who is husband of petitioner No.1, though, attending the Court and paying paltry amounts, arrears are mounting, and the petitioners are unable to meet their both ends, and, no positive orders being passed by the learned Sessions Judge.

3. In fact, when such petitions were filed, the learned Sessions Judge has to go in accordance with law to dispose of the petitions by resorting to the procedure prescribed, as expeditiously as possible, since payment of maintenance is involved, as ordered by the trial Court.

4. Therefore, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of all the three Miscellaneous Petitions, referred supra, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Petitions are disposed of, at the admission stage itself.
