This company petition is filed by the petitioner seeking winding up of respondent-company viz., Mekhanesoft Technologies Private Limited, on the ground that the respondent company failed to pay the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which is due and payable to the petitioner. Today, at the hearing, it is represented by Sri S. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and also the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, that winding up order has been passed on 14.07.2014. In that view of the matter, the company petition is closed. The Official Liquidator shall take necessary further steps for dissolution by filing appropriate application. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
