This contempt case is filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 16.12.2016 made in W.P.M.P.No.47739 of 2016 in W.P.No.38749 of 2016.

On 23.06.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It was adjourned and directed to be listed after service of notice.

On 01.11.2017 also there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears petitioner is not interested in pursuing the contempt. Hence, the Contempt case is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
