When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38758 of 2018 dated 31.01.2019, therefore, the present writ petition also be disposed of in terms of the above said order.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 31.01.2019 in W.P.No.38758 of 2018, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of her services as per Rules and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
