Sri K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the same becomes infructuous.

Sri V.V.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel appeared for the respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel appeared for 3rd respondent. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted on 17.06.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.20103 of 2011 shall stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
