THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21278 of 2005 ORDER:

Ms.Shalini, learned counsel, states that she was unable to contact the petitioner despite her best efforts. She further states that she is not the counsel on record and that the matter pertains to the office of her senior, who expired. However, it is for the litigant to be diligent about these matters and see that his case is represented as and when it is taken up for hearing. As Ms.Shalini is unable to report any instructions, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
