THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2238 of 2015 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1, 2 & 4 aggrieved over the order dated 14.9.2015 passed in PRC No.6 of 2014 by the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate issued NBWs against the petitioners by the order under revision as none of them appeared before the learned Magistrate since a long time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Magistrate and move an application to recall NBWs issued against them. The learned Magistrate is directed to recall NBWs issued against the petitioners-A1, A2 & A4 on such application being filed by them. The petitioners are further directed to appear before the learned Magistrate regularly on all hearing dates.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
