HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2186 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

2. Basing on the complaint of Koppula Vani, a case in Crime No.150/2018 under sections 323, 506 IPC and 3(1)(r) (s) & 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act was registered. Investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed and the same is numbered as S.C.No.90/2018 and cognizance is also taken. Non-bailable warrants were issued to the petitioners and thereafter, they have filed a petition to recall the nonbailable warrants issued against the petitioners. But the petition returned on 06.8.2018 with the following endorsement:

"How the petition is maintainable without obtaining bail from the Court. Hence, returned."

3. Since the investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and cognizance is also taken, it is ordered that the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing bonds for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties in like sum to the satisfaction of the XI Additional District and Sessions-cum-SC/ST Special Judge at Visakhapatnam, on their surrender and filing an application.
