THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 12410 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities have not registered a crime against the respondents 3 and 4 on his complaint dated 25.02.2011.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of F.I.R No.279 of 2011 registered on the file of Gajuwaka Police Station,

Visakhapatnam, on 15.05.2011 under Section 379 I.P.C. Perusal thereof reflects that the said F.I.R was registered on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein in connection with his certificates and passport. In the light of the documents produced before this Court, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner was without basis. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
