The grievance of the petitioners is that they have given a representation on 23.7.2018 to pay compensation to them for Ac.5.20 guntas of dry land which was in Sy.No.53 at Adarsh Nagar Village, Mamda Mandal and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

GP for Land Acquisition appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 23.7.2018 within six weeks and communicate the same to the petitioners. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
