THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI CONTEMPT CASE NO.2156 OF 2018

O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 06.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.936 of 2017. By the said order, this Court directed the authorities concerned to abide by and implement the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (hereinafter, 'the Tribunal'), in O.A.No.3160 of 2016. This order, in turn, required the authorities concerned to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 25.05.2016 made by the petitioner.

We are now informed by the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents that the petitioner's representation has been duly considered in terms of the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.3160 of 2016. A copy of the Memo dated 18.05.2018 issued by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Telangana, is placed on record in evidence thereof.

In that view of the matter, no cause is made out for exercise of contempt jurisdiction. The contempt case is accordingly closed. Needless to state, it is open to the petitioner to seek redressal of her grievance, if any, in relation to the aforestated Memo dated 18.05.2018 in accordance with law by way of independent proceedings. No order as to costs.
