When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in this case had been completed and charge-sheet was also filed, therefore, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
