HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2050 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
