ORDER:
The petitioner, who has a serious title dispute with respondent No.2, feels aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.1 in considering his representation for cancellation of building permission granted in favour of respondent No.2. At the hearing, Mr.S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) appearing for respondent No.1, on instructions, submitted that while the building permission in favour of respondent No.2 was granted on 04.11.2015, the petitioner's representation was received by respondent No.1 on 13.11.2015. He has further submitted that respondent No.1 will issue a notice to the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 and that after hearing both sides, it will take an appropriate decision under Section 452 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and communicate the same to both parties.
In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1 to complete the process mentioned by its standing
counsel referred to above, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.53758 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. ______________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 22nd December, 2015 GHN
