HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19283 of 2015 O R D E R :
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 29.01.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent providing re-employment to him, alleging that he was not provided with continuity of service and back-wages from the date of his re-instatement i.e., on 07.02.2009, after being declared medically unfit earlier.
2.
No valid reason is assigned as to why, inspite being re-employed from 07.02.2009, the petitioner did not file writ petition immediately seeking the aforesaid relief. 3.
In view of the inordinate delay in filing writ petition seeking the relief of challenging the order dated 07.02.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent, insofar as it did not provide continuity of service and back-wages, the present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of latches.
4.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
