THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8689 OF 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioner-sole accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.128 of 2017 on the file of the Ramagundam Police Station, Peddapalli District (Karimnagar District), which registered the case for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 354 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
