Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the affidavit of the criminal petition, the satisfaction police station name was mentioned as "Station House Officer, PS, Gachibowli" instead of "Station House Officer, PS, Julurupad" and the same was typed in the operative portion of the order dated 25.11.2024 of the above criminal petition and requested to correct the same and issue the corrected copy.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed and the name of the police station "Station House Officer, PS, Gachibowli" mentioned in condition No.(i) of paragraph No.7 of the order dated 25.11.2024 in Crl.P. No.13502 of 2024 should be replaced with "Station House Officer, PS, Julurupad".
