OFFICE NOTE 21.12.2023 KS, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 Transferred to i-order before corrections This petition is filed under Section 440 of Cr.P.C to reduce the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.20,000/- on personal bond.

This Court by order dated 06.12.2023 granted regular bail to the petitioners on certain conditions and one of the condition is to furnish surety amount of Rs.50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is not in a position to pay the said surety amount. Hence, prayed to reduce the surety amount.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/- with the same conditions imposed vide order dated 06.12.2023 in Crl.P.No.11796 of 2023 .

Accordingly, this I.A is ordered.
