Heard Sri P. Govindarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri A. Ravi Babu, learned standing counsel for the respondents-Corporation.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Conductor on daily wage basis on 30.12.1987 in the Corporation and his services were regularised from 01.07.1988. On a charge of ticket irregularities, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the petitioner and he was terminated from service vide order dated 25.03.1989. Challenging the same, he filed ID No.650 of 1989 and the Labour Court, Godavarikhani, by order dated 09.03.1990 confirmed the termination order. Thereafter, the petitioner filed WP No.5769 of 1991 before this Court and this Court by order dated 05.04.1994 dismissed the writ petition confirming the order of the Labour Court. Ultimately, the petitioner filed writ appeal i.e., WA No.

1340 of 1995 and the Division Bench of this court set aside the order of termination and directed the Corporation to reinstate the petitioner without back wages. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the orders passed in the writ appeal, the respondents instead of reinstating him with all other benefits, except back wages, reinstated him as daily wage Conductor treating him as a fresh candidate and again by office order dated 15.01.1997, his services were regularised. Therefore, according to the petitioner, the judgment of the Division Bench is not implemented by the respondents. In this regard, he submitted a representation dated 15.10.2014 to the 2nd respondent setting forth his grievances and the same is pending.

3. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation

dated 15.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner, in the light of the judgment in WA No.1340 of 1995, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with the Rules, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
