This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw HMOP No.32 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Srikakulam and transfer the same to the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajampet, Kadapa District.

However, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to withdraw HMOP No.32 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Srikakulam and transfer the same to the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Miyapur at Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District.

Sri G. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection withdraw HMOP No.32 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Srikakulam and transfer the same to the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Miyapur at Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District and made an endorsement on the case bundle to that effect. In view of the 'no objection' submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, HMOP No.32 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Srikakulam is withdrawn and transferred the same to the XV Additional District Judge-cumFamily Court, Miyapur at Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District.

MSM,J TrCMP_.500 of 2016 In the result, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
