THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13753 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.117 of 2015 of Huzurabad Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 423 & 506 read with 120-B IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in the above crime, the Investigating Officer laid charge sheet before concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
