Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus questioning the action of respondents 3 and 4 in not conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries, in respect of land in Survey No.314/1A to an extent of Ac.0.2120 guntas, situated at Kompalli Village of Bhupalpally District, pursuant to the representation, dated 08.02.2018, as arbitrary and illegal. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner made F-Line application No.8365637 on 08.02.2018 for conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of afore-said land. The petitioner also placed on record the certificate issued in the month of March, 2018, evidencing the name of the petitioner as pattadar.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she made an application on 08.02.2018, for conducting of survey and fixing the boundaries, no action has been taken till date. 5.

Having regard to the above, without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2018, through F-Line seeking for conducting survey and

fixing boundaries in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.0.2120 guntas situated in Survey Number 314/1A of Kompalli Village of Bhupalpally District, in accordance with law by taking into consideration the Circulars issued from time to time, and thereafter conduct survey as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight to twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all concerned.
