THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15285 of 2014 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.593 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 120-B of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners present. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed final report before the concerned court referring the matter as civil in nature. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
