THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1291 of 2013 ORDER:

In this Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 5, seek quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.186 of 2012 on the file of Saifabad, Hyderabad. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the Charge sheet filed by the police and submitted that in this case police after investigation laid charge sheet against the petitioners/accused No.1,2 and 5 only observing that no offence was established against A.3 and A.4 and in view of it, the instant petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.186 of 2012, has become infructuous and hence, it may be dismissed.

Having perused the copy of the Charge sheet, this Court finds that the instant Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
