THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.896 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.750 of 2015 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to any other Court in City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law.
