Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5 is not providing any protection to the petitioner in spite of his filing specific representation under Ex.P1, dated 17.12.2014.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader received from respondent No.5, however, show that as at present police have not received any such complaint and that if petitioner gives any complaint to the respondents, he will make GD entry on the same day and take appropriate action.
4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.5 with an appropriate complaint, if the cause of action still survives, and if any complaint is received, respondent No.5 to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
