Heard and perused the record.

I.A. No.7 of 2018 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of sole appellant, and I.A. No.8 of 2018 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased sole appellant. These petitions were preferred along with I.A.No.6 of 2018, a petition to condone delay of 2175 days. The said petition was dismissed by this Court by order dated 05.07.2018. In view of the same, nothing survives for determination in these petitions, and accordingly, they are dismissed.

In view of the above, Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
