Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the subject vehicle has been deposited before the concerned Magistrate Court. Since the vehicle is deposited with the Court of competent jurisdiction, the petitioner has to move the Court for appropriate reliefs. By granting liberty to the petitioner to file application before the concerned Magistrate Court for release of vehicle, the writ petition is disposed of.
