Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is filed for implementation of the order of the District Supply Officer, Anantapur, dated 09.03.2015, directing the petitioner to produce the following documents: (1) Notarized personal property security bond for Rs.55,00,000/- (2) Encumbrance certificate of property shown in security bond (3) Undertaking to Sub-Registrar not to allow sale of property till disposal of the case.

for not allowing the sale of property. The petitioner filed a memo in compliance thereof through his advocate and thereafter the District Supply Officer addressed a letter to the Sub-Registrar, Pamidi Mandal, on 05.05.2015, requesting him to give an undertaking letter in respect of this process. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 and 3 are taking steps for sale of the seized stock pending disposal of the 6A proceedings against the petitioner. The learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court for stopping the sale of the property, in view of the submission of the required documents pursuant to the endorsement dated 09.03.2015 of the District Supply Officer, Anantapur.

In the circumstances, if the petitioner complies with the endorsement dated 09.03.2015 passed by the District Supply Officer, Anantapur, the seized stock shall not be sold till disposal of the 6A proceedings pending before the 2nd respondent. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has already filed a memo in compliance with the endorsement on 28.03.2015 itself and the 2nd respondent may take note of the same.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
