HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.23697 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) The present petition is filed with the prayer which reads as under: "...to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus under Article 226 of the constitution of India directing the 4th respondent to produce Mopurapalli Rangaiali S/o.Mareiah before this Hon'ble Court and he may be ordered to be released forthwith after declaring his detention as illegal and un constitutional."

Since the alleged detenue is arrested by the Police and thereafter remanded to judicial custody by the concerned Court, we are of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

Petition is accordingly closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the petition, stand closed.
