wp_1985_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of HABEAS CORPUS directing the respondents to produce persons namely (1) D.V.Subba Rao, S/o Nageswara Rao, aged about 48 years i.e., husband of the petitioner herein,

(2) Rambabu, S/o Nageswara Rao, aged about 45 years i.e., petitioner's husband's younger brother and (3) Davuluri Subba Rao, S/o Venkateswara Rao, aged about 50 years, i.e., brother-in-law of the petitioner from the custody of the 2nd respondent in the court of law forthwith and pass such other orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel, representing Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.
