This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the proceedings in C.C.No.832 of 2016 on the file of the XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, Kukatpally. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The petitioner is one of accused in the above C.C. for the offence under Sections 294, 188 and 109 IPC. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above C.C. However, the petitioner is directed to file discharge application before the Court concerned raising all the grounds that were raised in this writ petition. On such application being filed, the Court concerned is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till then, the presence of the petitioner before the Court concerned is dispensed with.
