This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in directing the closure of the petitioner's Hiworth Education Centre in view of registering of FIR in Crime No.24 of 2015 of Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad, dated 23/01/2015 as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Article 14 and 19 [1] [g] of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the day-to-day administration of the petitioner's institution and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Telangana].
3. Sri S. Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Telangana] submits that in pursuance of the complaint lodged by one Sri G. Kiran Kumar against the petitioner-institution for issuing false certificate, FIR.No. 24 of 2015 has been registered by the Police Osmania University Police Station and after completion of investigation charge-sheet has been filed. He further
submits that the petitioner is the accused and hence no relief can be granted against the petitioner.
4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
