THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1301 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 08.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.7333 of 2016. By the said order, the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation was directed to consider the petitioner's applications dated 29.09.2012 and 03.12.2015 filed for regularisation of his unapproved layout in Laxminagar falling under Karimnagar Municipal Corporation Limits. This exercise was directed to be undertaken in accordance with law and within a time frame. 2.

Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned counsel for the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, would inform this Court that by order dated 08.09.2016, the petitioner's applications were duly considered and the unapproved layout of the petitioner was regularised subject to conditions. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

In the light of the above fact, it is clear that the order has been duly complied with.
