Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension of Fair Price Shop bearing No.8 of Nadendla Village and Mandal, Guntur District vide proceedings dated 07.10.2014. 3.

This Court by order dated 11.12.2015 granted interim suspension. Though petitioner was allowed to operate the dealership, by order dated 11.05.2018, the authorization was cancelled.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies placed on record a copy of the proceedings dated 11.05.2018 and also furnished the same to learned counsel for petitioner. 6.

In view of the subsequent order cancelling the dealership authorization of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work his remedies as available in law, if so advised.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
