HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPTC E No. 122 of20l7 ORDERT This Contempt Case is filed invoking the provisions under \ \ Section l0 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for not implementing the orders of this Court in W.P.No.6832 of 2016, dated 02.03.2016.

Heard Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalfofthe respondent Nos.l to 3. 3.

Leamed counsel for the petitioners submits -that pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.6832 of 2016, dated 02.03'2016, respondent No.3 dismissed the appeal by confirming the order of the respondent No.4. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed revision petition before the revisional authority. The Revisional Authority also confirmed the order of the appellate authority. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners filed the Writ Petition before this Court and the same is pending.

In view ofthe above, no further adjudication is required'

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioners are granted liberty to agitate all the righs in the pending Writ Petition.
