Sudarshan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has filed a letter dated 12.04.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the Executive Officer, who has been appointed by the 2nd respondentCommissioner, Endowments Department, has been managing the temple viz., Sri Seetharamachandra Swamy Temple, P&T Colony, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, in good terms in consultation with the petitioners. Therefore, he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
