Mr.S.Raju, holding for Mr.P.V.Krishnaiah, counsel for petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to represent to the District Collector/ Tahsildar. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
