HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2866 of 2016 ORDER :

The revision is filed aggrieved by the order dated 23.08.2016 in Crl.MP.No.1252 of 2015 in M.C.No.128 of 2016 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Though respondents 2 and 3 even served, failed to attend. Heard and perused the impugned order. 3.

The lower Court by the impugned order awarded interim maintenance at Rs.10,000/ - p.m. and Rs.5,000/ - p.m. to respondents 2 and 3 herein respectively and this Court by order dated 11.11.2016 modified the same into Rs.5,000/ - p.m. to each of them, pending disposal of the revision.

Having regard to the above, by confirming the above said maintenance as per the interim order of this Court, the revision is allowed to that extent, to pay all arrears within

two months from today and the lower Court is directed to dispose of M.C.No.128 of 2016, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that neither the order of interim maintenance nor order modifying the same, no way will influence the mind of the Court in hearing from the actual earnings of the respondent as to what is the actual amount entitled from the date of petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
