This Second Appeal is filed assailing the decree and judgment dated 17.12.2012 in A.S.No.81 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, Rajahmundry. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that both parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. Hence, the Second Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
