HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4694 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Assailing the order dated 18.07.2018 in C.M.A.No.4 of 2017 passed by the XII Additional District Judge, Pithapuram, reversing the order in I.A.No.1763 of 2016 in O.S.No.241 of 2016 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram, the present Revision came to be filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2) Without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of both the parties, the present C.R.P. is disposed of directing the trial court to dispose of O.S.No.241 of 2016 as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Till such time, status quo as on today to be maintained with regard to the properties in dispute. 3) With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this C.R.P. shall stand closed.
