THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.626 of 2016 ORDER:

This Court directed consideration of application of the petitioner for recruitment to the post of Anganwadi worker of Dudyala Village, Sambepalle Mandal, YSR Kadapa District.

In the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent, it is deposed that in pursuance to the directions of this Court, interviews were conducted on 18.02.2016 wherein the petitioner was also considered and having found eligible, petitioner was selected and appointed as Anganwadi worker and in fact she also joined duty as such. Having regard to the submissions made in the counter affidavit, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
