HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.707 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner for the following relief: " declaring the action of the respondents in making constructions over and above the road abutting the western side of petitioner's house bearing H.No.6-1-339/ 4, Walker Town Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad styling the same to be a ward office, as illegal, arbitrary, un-constitutional, violative of principles of natural justice, apart from being violative of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act 2008 and consequently direct the respondents to cause repairs to the existing road and remove the debris existing there."

Heard and perused the material available on record. The Writ Petition was filed in the year 2012. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.01.2012, the learned counsel for the respondents informed this Court that the respondents are not making any constructions on the place earmarked for road. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents on 06.01.2012, this Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
