The case of the petitioner is that he has filed an application dated 29.09.2015 before the 4th respondent by virtue of compromise decree passed by Lok Adalath in Case No.213/2015 for mutation of his name in the Revenue records. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner on 29.09.2015 is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
