THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24081 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.07.2015, the matter was listed to 24.07.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". On 24.07.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and the matter was posted to today as a final chance. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
