ORAL ORDER:

This Court by way of interim order dated 30th September, 2015 in W.P.No.31659 of 2015 directed the General Manager to consider the representation of petitioner with reference to drawing of water illegally by using electric motors and to take appropriate action as warranted by law. Counter affidavit filed by sole respondent. The respondent asserts that inspection was conducted in premises bearing no. 12-2-576/A, Gudimalkapur, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad and having found that water is being drawn illegally using electric motor, the electric motor was seized and water connection bearing CAN No. 033121246 was disconnected. Thus, learned standing counsel submits that there is compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Learned counsel for petitioner did not dispute the steps taken by respondent. Having regard to the averments made in the counter affidavit, contempt case is closed. No costs.
