HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3003 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the non disposal of the suit in OS.No.70 of 2014 and granting of continuous adjournments in the said suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the suit is of the year 2014, the defendant failed to appear and the Court below passed exparte decree in OS.No.70 of 2014 on 15.07.2015; and that later restoration petition is filed and the suit was restored. But the defendant is dragging on proceedings. Aggrieved by the same present CRP is filed. She also submits that the petitioner/plaintiff is a senior citizen and he is aged about 72 years at the time of filing suit. She finally pleads to dispose of the CRP with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit, as the defendants are intentionally dragging on the proceedings. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, considering the docket order of the suit filed by the petitioner/plaintiff, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.70/2014, within a period of six months.

Accordingly, the CRP is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the CRP, shall stand closed.
